🔄 Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds may be considered if:

Items were damaged before use
Delivery failed due to EduPack error

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used items, opened food provisions, and damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return.

3. Reporting Issues

All complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery through official EduPack channels.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days through the original payment method.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before packing and dispatch. Once packing begins, cancellations are not allowed.

6. Exchange Policy

Where possible, faulty items may be replaced instead of refunded.
